Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a seasoned AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage, with a focus on Harvey and enterprise models like Claude, OpenAI, and Grok.

Remote position open to approved states nationwide, including Nebraska, with collaboration across the firm's

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years of training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompts, context limits, token optimization, validation.
• Experience developing learning content within modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong live virtual instructor-led training delivery to professional audiences.
• US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in an approved state.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives, develop learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS and maintain content quality.
