SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education and adoption of enterprise AI across a national law firm.
You'll design curricula, deliver live and virtual training, author digital content, and coach attorneys, partners, and executives on practical and responsible AI usage with Harvey, Claude, and OpenAI.
This remote role supports professionals across approved states.
Qualificações
- 4+ years in tech training, enablement, or consulting.
- 1+ years training enterprise AI tools/workflows.
- Direct hands-on Harvey AI training or legal environment AI experience.
- Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, prompt engineering, tokens.
- Experience administering courses in Absorb LMS.
- Strong live vILT delivery to professionals.
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident in approved states.
Responsabilidades
- Lead firm-wide AI education for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
- Create and maintain training materials, prompts, and modules.
- Deliver virtual and instructor-led sessions focused on legal workflows.
- Publish modules in Absorb LMS and manage LMS assets.
- Roll out and train on Harvey AI, plus other foundation models.
- Coach on prompt engineering, token management, and context window usage.
- Establish governance practices for responsible AI use and compliance.
