Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on practical AI usage.

Responsibilities include rollout and adoption of Harvey AI and foundational models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), plus governance and responsible AI practices. Remote work option with national scope.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year of experience training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for professionals.
• Deliver live virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world workflows.
• Train on prompt engineering, context windows, and token management.
