Job summary

Glean is seeking an AI Success Manager (AISM) to own post-sales health, guide deployments, and deliver joint success plans. You will work with Account Executives, AI Outcomes Managers, Solution Architects, Support, and R&D to drive customer value.

This role blends hands-on technical deployment with strategic partnership, covering SSO setup, integration of connectors, program management, and ongoing adoption tracking.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical customer success for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies incl. Agile and DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related services; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales deployments and ensure platform health.
• Set up SSO and connectors for new customers.
• Deliver joint success plans and executive business reviews (EBRs).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Account Execs, Solution Architects, Support, R&D).
• Monitor deployment progress, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
