Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Emerging Enterprise, to own deployment, adoption, and value realization across a diverse set of customer deployments within the AI analytics platform. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams from presales through renewal, ensuring measurable business outcomes and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer‑facing role in B2B SaaS.
2+ years of experience leading enterprise software deployments with data governance and change management.
2+ years managing a portfolio of 20+ mid‑market or emerging enterprise accounts.
Experience co‑owning renewals and contributing to expansion pipeline with a sales partner.

Responsibilities

Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 30-40 accounts from presales through renewal.
Lead deployment planning and implementation across your book, including scoping, kickoff, use case alignment, and delivery coordination.
Track and manage risks and issues across active deployments to prevent timeline impacts.
Monitor portfolio health with AI-augmented signals and proactively drive adoption and renewals.
Drive product adoption by running live sessions and identifying new use cases to expand value.
Develop and maintain success plans with milestones and risks from onboarding to renewal.
Deliver executive business reviews connecting Amplitude usage to business impact to enable renewal/expansion.
Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion, guiding champions and identifying opportunities.
Represent customer voice internally to shape product delivery and strategy.
Continuously improve operations with repeatable playbooks and best practices.
