Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to own post-sale journeys for enterprise customers. You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion, shaping rollout strategy and aligning with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support.

You’ll engage with CTOs and senior engineering leaders to demonstrate ROI, guide AI-driven organizational change, and ensure successful rollouts across teams. Strong data-driven and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience at the intersection of business and technology in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical plans with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with modern engineering orgs, SDLC, and developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of enterprise customers and ensure long-term success.
• Engage CTO/VP/SVP Engineering to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven change.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise rollouts: onboarding, enablement, champions, adoption.
• Convert high-impact use cases into repeatable workflows across teams.
• Monitor health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with Account Executives.
• Represent customers internally and influence product priorities.
