Glean is seeking an AI Success Manager (AISM) to own post‑sales health, orchestrate successful implementations, and drive long‑term customer engagements. You will lead technical deployments, guide strategic planning, and collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Support, and R&D to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, technical customer success, or technical account management for SaaS products in enterprises.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and related services; certification preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, PM and communication abilities.
• Experience with process documentation, playbooks, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Help customers achieve real business outcomes through the use of AI.
• Lead new customer deployments including setup of SSO and connectors.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from kickoff to go‑live through renewal, ensuring clarity on expectations, timeline, and services budget.
• Create and execute joint success plans and EBRs to drive adoption and value.
• Provide overall program management and cross‑functional collaboration across delivery, operations, and technical teams.
• Document improvements for onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices.
• Identify risks or blockers and drive timely resolution.
• Document onboarding improvements, playbooks, and best practices.
• Contribute feedback to product and process improvements.
