Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to own delivery and timelines across customer accounts. You will guide deployments from scoping to value realization, coordinating with AI Outcomes Manager, Architect, and Analyst.

You’ll drive adoption, manage stakeholders, and push for renewals and expansions. You’ll collaborate across sales, engineering, product, leadership and support to resolve issues, onboard customers, and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven project management and consulting experience from end to end.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as ThoughtSpot, MicroStrategy, Tableau or Looker.
• Deep experience collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the advisor and first point of contact for deployments.
• Own the project lifecycle, timelines and deliverables.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and drive escalations.
• Coordinate across sales, engineering, product leadership and support.
• Build best-practice resources for delivering ThoughtSpot.
• Onboard and train customers and end users on ThoughtSpot.
• Coach for adoption and ROI optimization.
• Advocate for customer interests and identify follow-on opportunities.
