Ladders is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in AI and Agentforce to partner with clients in rapidly designing, prototyping, and delivering AI-enabled solutions in real-world enterprise settings.

You will translate business requirements into working technical implementations, showing measurable value through rapid iteration, live demos, and practical delivery. This role requires troubleshooting, clear communication, and turning lessons into reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical solutions, consulting, or solution engineering in client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures or similar AI systems.
• Active Salesforce accreditations such as Agentforce Specialist or Platform Developer I.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and real-time troubleshooting under pressure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architectural principles and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly build agentic solutions within client environments based on core requirements.
• Lead technical client engagements, incorporating real-time feedback and driving iterations.
• Connect technical delivery to strategic business metrics for stakeholder presentations.
• Identify and escalate delivery bottlenecks and integration constraints early.
• Perform real-time troubleshooting to resolve dialogue flow failures and execution bugs.
• Deliver live interactive demonstrations of complex AI solutions.
• Convert technical insights into reusable solution accelerators and internal knowledge bases.
