Ladders is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in AI and Agentforce to partner with clients in rapidly designing, prototyping, and delivering AI-enabled solutions in real-world enterprise settings.

You will translate business requirements into working technical implementations, showing measurable value through rapid iteration, live demos, and practical delivery. This role requires troubleshooting, clear communication, and turning lessons into reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical solutions, consulting, or solution engineering in client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures or similar AI systems.
• Active Salesforce accreditations such as Agentforce Specialist or Platform Developer I.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and real-time troubleshooting under pressure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architectural principles and integration patterns.

• Lead technical client engagements, incorporating real-time feedback and driving iterations.

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, AI & Agentforce to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will partner directly with clients to rapidly design, prototype, and deliver AI-enabled solutions in real-world enterprise environments. You will translate business requirements into working technical implementations, helping stakeholders see measurable value through fast iteration, live demonstrations, and practical delivery. The position also calls for strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to turn lessons learned into reusable assets that strengthen future engagements.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
