JLL is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to accelerate AI-enabled solutions on the front lines with product and engineering teams. You will move from concept to working prototype in days while upholding enterprise standards for security and scalability.

You will combine deep hands-on AI and full-stack skills with strong communication to influence decisions without formal authority. Expect fast-paced work with a focus on delivering production-ready agents and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in AI agent development and full-stack engineering.
• Experience delivering production-ready prototypes within tight timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of data and AI solutions end-to-end.
• Prototype and deliver production-grade solutions rapidly.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and interfaces for business users.
