Job summary

JLL is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to design, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled solutions on cross-functional teams. You will own embedded technical delivery, build production-ready prototypes, and establish reusable patterns with emphasis on security, scalability, and reliability.

You will lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and translate business needs into concrete technical solutions using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and MCP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of software engineering experience with embedded delivery roles.
• Strong architecture background able to defend system designs across varied tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants as a primary dev workflow.
• Experience deploying AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore is required.
• Experience with MCP servers/clients and data pipelines is essential.
• Full-stack capabilities across backend, APIs, and front-end dashboards.
• Proven mentoring ability and clear technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for cross‑functional data and AI problems from discovery to blueprint.
• Select tools and architectures; communicate trade-offs to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Design scalable systems balancing speed with enterprise standards.
• Create architecture docs, data flow maps, API contracts, and solution briefs.
• Develop and deploy AI agents and plugins; maintain reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, mentor engineers, and define delivery playbooks.
