Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams. You will architect end-to-end systems, design agent skills, and ensure production-grade quality with strong security standards.

You will work directly with the Global Head of Infrastructure Development on infrastructure-focused initiatives, while delivering fast, tangible results in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years software / infrastructure development
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, including defining agent skills, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning
• Experience with AI-Augmented Engineering and using tools like Claude Code and Codex to accelerate coding and documentation
• Direct experience with AWS Agent Core or equivalent – building, deploying, operating agents in production
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and ability to connect agents with external systems
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel
• Proficiency in Python and a modern front-end framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: lead cross-functional data and AI problem architecture and communicate decisions
• Rapid Prototyping & Solution Delivery: build production-ready prototypes within days to weeks
• AI Agent Development: design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: work with product, program, and engineering teams and mentor juniors
