Job summary

JLL is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions on-site with product and engineering teams. You will design, build, and deliver agentic systems, including MCP integration and multi-agent orchestration, while maintaining enterprise standards for security and scalability.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into concrete technical solutions, while mentoring junior engineers and driving rapid delivery in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with solution design and architecture ownership.
• Architecture of end-to-end systems with clear documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, including skills, tools, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
• Experience with AI-Augmented Engineering tools to accelerate coding and documentation.
• Direct experience with AWS Agent Core or equivalent in production.
• Working knowledge of MCP servers to connect agents with external systems.
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
• Proficiency in Python and a front-end framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for complex data and AI problems from discovery to blueprint.
• Design scalable systems balancing speed with enterprise security and maintainability.
• Deliver working prototypes within days to weeks with production-grade quality.
• Develop intuitive front-end interfaces and dashboards for business users.
• Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems for end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with product, program, and engineering teams and mentor juniors.
