Job summary

JLL is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, prototype, and deploy high-impact AI-driven solutions across data-heavy use cases. The role blends software engineering, product collaboration, and hands-on AI agent development in a fast-paced environment.

You will work directly with stakeholders to craft scalable architectures, build production-grade prototypes, and drive alignment across teams while maintaining security and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with system design and architecture ownership.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, including skills, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
• Experience with AI-Augmented Engineering tools to accelerate coding and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for complex, cross-functional data and AI problems from discovery to blueprint.
• Define architecture decisions and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design scalable, secure, enterprise-grade systems and provide clear documentation.
• Develop AI agents, skills, and multi-agent pipelines, and integrate MCP servers to connect with enterprise data sources.
• Deliver rapid prototypes and production-ready interfaces and dashboards for business users.
