Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with product and engineering teams, delivering prototypes rapidly while upholding enterprise standards. You will design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions that address high-priority business problems, collaborating across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding across AI agents and full-stack development, with strong emphasis on security, scalability, and user-friendly

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents with skills, tool use, memory and reasoning.
• Experience with AWS Agent Core or equivalent in production.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and connecting agents to external systems.
• Proficient in Python and a front-end framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for complex cross-functional data and AI problems from discovery to blueprint.
• Prototype and deliver working prototypes within compressed timelines, production-ready.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent systems to automate end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with product, program, and engineering teams to align on architecture.
