Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an AI Security Professional Services Consultant to drive hands-on deployment of Prisma AIRS across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will establish scalable delivery patterns, integrate AI security profiles into enterprise stacks, and enable global adoption with runbooks and workshops.

This remote role collaborates across geographies to solve complex AI security challenges and protect customer AI applications from development through production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical delivery role.
• Hands-on Terraform or IaC tools for deploying infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, namespaces).
• Strong cloud networking fundamentals (VPC/VNet, routing, IAM).
• Proven experience integrating REST APIs into applications; Python or curl for testing.
• Familiarity with Linux system administration and systemd services.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and the MLOps lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of LLM security risks (prompt injection, jailbreaking).
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS).
• Proficiency in Python or scripting for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting across cloud, containerized workloads, and API integrations.
• Excellent communication to explain complex AI security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end Prisma AIRS deployments across environments.
• Lead customer onboarding, license activation, and API key lifecycle management.
• Integrate AIRS into application stacks via REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure AI security profiles and guardrails in cloud platforms.
• Provide Day-2 operations guidance including dashboards and API key rotation.
• Design secure LLM gateway architectures with key management.
• Extend security to agentic AI applications and guard against prompt injections.
• Evaluate fail-open vs fail-close trade-offs and latency impacts.
• Deploy AIRS infrastructure using Terraform across cloud providers.
• Configure cloud IAM roles for secure firewall-to-cloud access.
• Install and configure Kubernetes CNI for AI traffic inspection.
• Deploy panredirect agents on Linux workloads with persistence rules.
• Build scalable delivery templates and API integration patterns.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to surface edge cases and gaps.
• Deliver enablement workshops on AIRS architecture and runbooks.
