Palo Alto Networks is seeking an AI Security Professional Services Consultant to deliver hands-on deployment of Prisma AIRS across cloud and on-prem environments, from development to production. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing technical delivery role (Professional Services or Solutions Engineering).
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform for AWS, Azure, or GCP deployments.
• Kubernetes experience: kubectl, Helm, namespaces, CNI.
• Strong cloud networking, IAM, VPC/VNet design.
• REST API integration and testing with Python or curl.
• Linux administration, systemd, and networking.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and MLOps.
• Knowledge of LLM security risks and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
• Excellent written/spoken communication to executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end Prisma AIRS deployments across modes.
• Lead customer onboarding, license activation, API key lifecycle.
• Integrate AIRS into stacks via REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Tune AI security profiles for prompt injection and DLP.
• Deliver Day-2 operations guidance and dashboards reviews.
• Design LLM gateway security architectures with key management.
• Deploy AIRS infrastructure using Terraform on cloud providers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on edge cases.
• Deliver enablement workshops on AIRS architecture and runbooks.
