Job summary

Process Street seeks an Account Executive to own end-to-end SaaS sales for Process Street and Dash. You will manage the full cycle from discovery to close, converting inbound leads and shaping a new selling motion for an AI-powered no-code platform.

Based in US time zones, you’ll operate with autonomy, rapidly iterating and expanding opportunities. You’ll sell two products, own your pipeline, and join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services with full-cycle closing exposure.
• Able to discuss emerging products and handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own your full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Run discovery calls to understand prospects' workflow pain points.
• Present and demo Process Street; sell across Process Street and Dash.
• Articulate how AI agents change team operations.
• Use AI tools to optimize sales workflows and shorten feedback loops.
• Build and refine inbound conversion playbook.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and expansion.
• Meet and exceed monthly activity and quarterly targets.
