Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Your work helps improve frontier AI systems and can be done entirely remotely. Contributors are paid per hour with potential incentives and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfort with natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English describing what you observed.
