Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule. Your insights help improve frontier AI systems and their real-world performance.

Earn up to $15 USD per hour with flexible hours and weekly payments. This freelance role supports diverse projects across multiple countries and locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Comfortable working independently on remote projects.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate their quality.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English for each evaluation.
