Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors are paid weekly, rates up to 15 USD per hour, with additional incentives. This freelance, 1099 opportunity supports a global pool of applicants and offers the freedom to work from anywhere.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely, and to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
