Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Flexible hours and remote work enable schedules around your life while contributing to frontier AI research. Pay is up to $15 per hour with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening/watching.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or misalignment.
• Writing a concise explanation in English describing what was seen or heard.
