Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

This is a remote, flexible-hours contract opportunity with pay up to $15 per hour. Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, supporting frontier research and real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to analyze media, and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear outputs are.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or mismatches between audio and video.
• Write explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
