Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with an AI voice model and scoring exchanges. You will compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape AI that performs better in the real world. We offer fully remote, flexible hours with pay up to $15 per hour, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze media.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and provide written explanations.
