Actioneer is seeking a Demand Gen Lead to build and scale marketing-sourced pipeline. You will set demand strategy, own the pipeline target, and create campaigns that bring new customers in.

This is a hands-on role working with Sales, Ops and Product to shape how a new category finds its buyers. You'll plan programs and build them, leading a small team to run multi-channel campaigns end to end, including ABM, paid media, email, events and outbound, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven

Qualificações

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation.
• Experience building a repeatable, marketing-sourced pipeline engine.
• Experience planning and running multi-channel programs across ABM, paid, email, events and outbound.
• Hands-on expertise with modern GTM tools such as Clay and HeyReach.
• Daily use of AI in campaign work, from targeting and personalization to testing and reporting.
• Ability to formulate hypothesis and run campaigns like experiments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the demand generation strategy to hit pipeline targets.
• Lead a growth marketer and operate cross-functionally with Sales, Ops and Product.
• Build evidence-based ICPs and tiered target accounts for focused campaigns.
• Develop AI-enabled, multi-channel campaigns that convert visitors and trials into qualified opportunities.
• Measure and optimize campaigns across events, partners, and digital channels.
