Aircall is seeking a hands-on marketing leader to own the demand engine end to end, driving a data-driven, AI-enabled growth machine across paid, organic, and ABM. You will prototype AI workflows, scale them with a team, and ensure the pipeline meets executive expectations.

You bring 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with fluency in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO/CRO and outbound/ABM motions in PLG or sales-assisted models. A MBA and strategic leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing roles.
• Experience scaling pipeline across paid and organic channels; hands-on fluency in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO and CRO.
• Experience building outbound, ABM, or allbound motions with Sales, ideally in PLG or hybrid sales‑assist models.
• Experience running AEO/LLM-visibility programs.
• An AI-builder mindset: workflows or automations you built yourself.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools; able to defend pipeline ROI to executives.
• A leader who hires strong talent, coaches them to grow, and communicates clearly with the C‑suite.

Responsabilités

• Own sourced and influenced pipeline across SMB, mid-market and enterprise; set targets and forecast.
• Scale paid search, paid social, video, SEO and CRO; improve landing page and signup conversion; run weekly experiments.
• Design an allbound system where intent signals trigger ads, email, SDR outreach, ABM, or events; align with Sales on routing and SLAs.
• Build AI-powered workflows for list building, enrichment, scoring, outreach, and reporting; leverage tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, Claude or GPT agents.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineering and Marketing Ops; manage agencies and the demand budget; lead a cross-functional team.
