You will own the numbers for these channels, from hypothesis to results, and partner with a peer managing paid performance. This hands-on role requires daily use of AI to streamline workflows and scale output, delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in B2B demand generation, campaign marketing, or lifecycle marketing with ownership of a pipeline number.
• Experience at scale with programs contributing meaningfully to a quarterly pipeline target in the eight figures.
• Full-funnel thinking with clear stages and conversion metrics.
• Hands-on expertise with webinars, nurture, and email at real scale.
• Fluency in HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platform and workflow creation.

Aufgaben

• Own the webinar program end-to-end: content, production, promotion, registration, attendance, and follow-up.
• Own nurture and lifecycle: design segmented tracks by practice area, persona, and funnel stage; measure and adjust.
• Own email campaigns: launches and product announcements with testing and metrics.
• Own content distribution and segmentation: get brand content in front of the right audience in sequence.
• Orchestrate with ABM: align with ABM lead for calendar and collateral support.
• Partner on events: drive demand around catalysts, trade shows, and field events with promotion and follow-up.
• Report on performance: weekly pipeline readouts, measure program influence, and build AI-assisted monitoring.
