Actioneer is seeking a Demand Generations Lead to design and scale marketing-sourced pipeline in a fast-growing, seed-to- Series B environment. You will own the demand strategy, set pipeline targets, and build campaigns that attract new customers, while working closely with Sales, Ops and Product.

This hands-on role involves crafting ICPs, structuring tiered target accounts, and driving campaigns across ABM, paid, email, events, and outbound.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation, including leading demand at a Seed to Series B company
• Experience building a repeatable, marketing-sourced pipeline engine from founder-led or early-stage sales
• Experience planning and running multi-channel programs across ABM, paid, email, events and outbound
• Hands-on expertise with modern GTM tools such as Clay and HeyReach
• Daily use of AI in campaign work, from targeting and personalization to testing and reporting
• Ability to formulate hypothesis and run campaigns like experiments

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and hit quarterly qualified-opportunity targets
• Develop an ICP and tiered target account program for Sales
• Build agent-first and self-serve funnels converting web visitors and trials into opportunities
• Ensure measurable pipeline from Tier 1 events and key partners (e.g., AWS)
• Lead a growth marketer and oversee multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
