Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking a Data & AI Partnerships Associate to cultivate and qualify biotech leads, supporting research, clinical, and commercial programs. You will work with the business development team to raise awareness and leverage Tempus products in data, testing, and patient recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience, healthcare preferred.
• Ability to engage in consultative selling and connect client needs with Tempus capabilities.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives (CEO, COO, CFO).
• Strong multi-project management and deadline prioritization.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Strategic sales account planning and sales process management.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Discretion with sensitive information and high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive expansion opportunities with Biotech and Big Pharma leads.
• Structure strategic plans to gain new clients.
• Craft persona-based outreach and qualify opportunities.
• Hit monthly goals and manage CDA signings.
• Develop target prospect list and manage your book of business.
• Coordinate with BD, GM, Directors, and VPs to meet company goals.
• Identify partnering opportunities between biotech clients and Tempus.
• Source leads and surface relevant client pipeline.
