Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking a Director of Data & AI Partnerships to join our Life Sciences team in Boston. This senior role will focus on cultivating partnerships with top life sciences companies to advance their research and clinical programs. The candidate will leverage Tempus' capabilities to positively impact R&D decisions.

The position requires strong account management skills, at least 5 years of experience in Life Sciences, and a proactive mindset. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $210,000 based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, and/or Consulting in Life Sciences sector.
• Preferably 3+ years working on Oncology assets or supporting projects in this space.
• Proven ability to navigate multi-faceted client organizations successfully.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive global account strategy with scientific and business teams.
• Meet and exceed revenue goals for Tempus Data and AI product lines.
• Build and maintain executive and R&D relationships.

Skills

Knowledge of drug development and/or oncology

Entrepreneurial consultative sales approach

Proactive mindset

Deep relationships with pharmaceutical stakeholders

Exceptional account management skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business discipline

Advanced degree (MBA, PhD or Healthcare certification)
