Job summary

Invoca is seeking an AI Operations Lead to design and ship agentic workflows, building and maintaining an internal AI platform. You will own the roadmap, drive adoption, and collaborate with executives to demonstrate impact.

You will guide other builders, maintain templates and documentation, and ensure security, access, and data governance across production agents. This remote‑first role is nationwide within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in operations, process design, automation, or a similar hands‑on role.
• Tools, automations, or agents you've built that other people still use.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM platforms and agentic workflow tools (Claude and Gumloop; Make, Zapier, or n8n).
• Enough technical depth to work with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Judgment about what's worth automating.
• A mix of coaching and building skillset.
• Comfort with the operational side: documentation, ownership, access, review.

Responsibilities

• Build agents and own AI Operations roadmap, prioritized by business impact.
• Coach and support other builders across the business.
• Own the AI platform stack and vendor relationships.
• Administer access, connections, and first‑line support; maintain agent registry.
• Run security and data reviews for new agents with IT and Security.
