Job summary

BMO is seeking a Manager - AI Operations to oversee AI-enabled capabilities within Virtual Connect, ensuring reliable performance and measurable business value across the contact centre. You will partner with product, technology, analytics and risk teams to align with enterprise standards and risk controls.

Responsibilities include monitoring, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and guiding AI strategy to support growth while managing operational risk and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI-enabled operations and governance.
• Ability to interpret business results and communicate findings.
• Experience with contact centre platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monitoring, optimization and governance of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, technology, analytics and risk to ensure compliance and value.
• Design and deliver regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Serve as primary escalation point for service and customer issues and drive customer experience improvements.
• Support development of AI strategy and plans to meet business needs.
