The Key Group is accelerating its digital transformation by embedding enterprise AI into operations. We seek an AI Operations Lead to act as the central hub for AI platforms, gateway administration, and MCP integrations, balancing agility with governance.

You will bridge engineering, risk, and end-users to ensure safe, cost-effective and measurable value across the enterprise while driving secure, auditable, human-in-the-loop workflows with low-code automation tools.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technology operations and platform administration.
• Hands-on experience administering AI platforms/gateways or SaaS automation tools.
• Strong incident management and operational control experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI gateway and platform operations (e.g., LiteLLM).
• Build and maintain low-code automations (n8n, Make, Power Automate).
• Configure and deploy AI agents and MCP connections; enforce least-privilege access.
