CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is actively hiring for a Model Risk Advisor - Remote. You will promote AI governance, maintain the AI policies framework, and drive compliance across models within a large enterprise.

This role requires 4+ years in model risk and a bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work with risk, audits, and IT teams to strengthen governance and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or a related field.
• Four years of work experience in AI model governance, model risk management, or audit; education can substitute in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of statistical, ML, AI, and GenAI models with ownership, risk ratings and metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, business impact and usage.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, policies, and procedures.
