Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Model Risk Advisor to promote governance practices and maintain AI policy standards in a remote role. You will collaborate with risk, auditors, and internal teams to close gaps and enhance model risk management across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes governance, validation support, and reporting with a focus on responsible AI and regulatory compliance across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management related practices, risk, and audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI Model governance standards.
• Proven experiences in AI ethics, governance, compliance, or related roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of AI governance principles, including ethical considerations, regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of AI/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, impact, and usage.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks and controls.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance.
