Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Model Risk Advisor to promote governance of AI and GenAI models. This remote role focuses on adopting AI policies, maintaining model inventories, and identifying regulatory gaps.

You will collaborate with risk, IT, and auditing teams to strengthen governance throughout the organization. The role requires deep knowledge of model risk, compliance standards, and ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of model risk management experience in risk, audit, or related practices.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Understanding of privacy, security and AI governance standards.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies across the enterprise.
• Maintain inventory of AI/GenAI models with ownership, risk ratings and metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory needs and business impact.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
