Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Four years of AI Model governance or related audit experience; degree substitution allowed.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Familiarity with privacy, security, and AI governance standards.
• Ability to communicate complex AI governance topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulation, and business impact.
• Support Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance; flag issues.
