Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring for a Model Risk Advisor – Remote. The role focuses on governance, AI policy adoption, and improving AI governance across the enterprise. You will partner with risk teams and auditors to maintain governance documentation and monitor KRIs.

Qualifications include 4+ years in model risk management, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong communication skills. The position is remote anywhere in the United States with exceptions for Hawaii and Alaska.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or related field.
• Experience in AI model governance, model risk management, or audit; degree substitution allowed.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring/auditing principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory requirements, and impact.
• Support Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
