Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in model risk management, risk, and audit.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or a related field.
• Four years of work experience in AI model governance, Model Risk Management, or Audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI model governance standards.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
• Experience deploying AI model governance across a large enterprise.
• Understanding of AI governance principles and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST).

Responsibilities

• Engage with the enterprise AI community to promote governance adoption.
• Maintain inventory of models including ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements and impact.
• Implement and maintain MR frameworks, controls, and policies.
• Monitor model performance, KRIs, and policy compliance.
• Support model validation and testing activities with defined scope and findings.
• Participate in AI model governance oversight activities and audits.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on governance and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams and auditors to keep governance documentation accurate.
• Monitor evolving regulatory expectations related to AI and model risk.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and tools.
• Evaluate governance processes and propose improvements.
