Trantor is a technology services firm delivering cloud, data and AI, automation and product engineering services to enterprises across fintech, martech and e-commerce. We’re hiring a Growth Manager who will own net-new logos, ABM, events and social campaigns powered by AI-assisted workflows.

This hands-on role combines strategy with execution and direct visibility to leadership. You will target CIO, CTO and VP Engineering buyers in US enterprise and mid-market organizations, building campaigns

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B marketing, demand generation or ABM.
• Experience targeting CIO/CTO/VP Eng buyers in US enterprise.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted marketing workflows.
• CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own net-new logos, ABM in key accounts, events and social campaigns.
• Lead GTM for AI-first offerings and expansion with AI workflows.
• Measure pipeline impact and ROI; optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with Client Partners and leadership; support deals with messaging.
