Lightfield is hiring a Growth Operations Lead to own the data, automations, and measurement systems that power a fast-growing GTM engine. You’ll build an AI-native CRM-based system, own the data foundation, attribution, and revenue-driven automations, and lead the routing and handoff between marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in RevOps or growth ops at a fast-growing B2B company.
• Own a CRM data model end-to-end.
• Resolve lead routing and attribution debates.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM data foundation and ensure clean account/contact/opportunity data.
• Build the attribution and reporting layer with pipelines and dashboards.
• Ship revenue-driving automations and multi-channel plays.
• Own routing and the marketing-sales handoff with SLAs to keep speed-to-lead high.
