Job summary

Valence is recruiting for an AI-first growth operations role at our Union Square office. You will transform data and campaigns into scalable systems, orchestrate GTM workflows, and evaluate marketing effectiveness to drive rapid learning and growth.

You’ll work across marketing, sales, and product to build repeatable processes and armor our ABM approach for a global Fortune 500 client base. This early, high-impact role sits on a lean team moving with startup velocity.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience post graduation in operations, analytics, or growth (startup or BizOps experience preferred).
• Data- and systems-oriented thinker with analytical fluency and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage GTM operations workflows including CRM enrichment, campaign execution, and reporting.
• Build and automate contact and account segmentation for ABM, events, and digital campaigns.
• Deploy AI tools to orchestrate workflows and drive smarter targeting and measurement.
• Develop and track KPIs across channels to inform campaign performance and pipeline impact.
• Develop repeatable processes and documentation to scale execution and enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Surface insights from marketing and sales data to inform experiments and optimization.
