Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years in a senior GTM, business development, or strategic leadership role within technology or consulting, with AI/ML focus.
• Market acumen across AI landscape, machine learning trends, generative AI, and data platforms.
• Executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking to develop and execute GTM plans that drive revenue growth.
• Established professional network in technology and AI sectors.
• Leadership experience guiding high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Definition: Define and shape AI service offerings using market analysis and client needs.
• Evangelism & Relationship Building: Present to executives, industry events, and client meetings; build key relationships.
• Business Development: Partner with sales, AI Lab, and delivery to identify and qualify opportunities; help close deals.
• Partnership Management: Develop partnerships with technology vendors and other firms to expand capabilities.
• Team Leadership: Mentor presales and solutions teams to align with GTM strategy.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs; report progress to senior leadership.
