Growth Manager (AI-First), Enterprise Tech Services
Win new enterprise clients for Trantor, and use AI agents to do the work of a full marketing team.
We're looking for a B2B marketer who has generated pipeline from CIO, CTO and VP Engineering buyers at an IT services, consulting or enterprise software company. You'll own new-logo pipeline, account-based marketing, events and social for our lead offerings, running them through AI-assisted workflows instead of a team of SDRs and marketers.
This is a hands-on, manager-level role with real ownership, a dedicated AI and GTM tool budget, and direct visibility to leadership. Fully remote in the US.
Role snapshot
- Company: Trantor
- Level: Manager, individual contributor with direct visibility to leadership
- Works closely with: Client Partners, practice leaders, pre-sales and solution architects
- Buyers you'll market to: CIO, CTO and VP Engineering at US enterprise and mid-market companies
- Location: Remote (US), with travel for events and client meetings
- Type: Full-time
- Operating model: One marketer running the growth engine with AI agents, instead of a team of SDRs and marketers
- Focus: Net new logos and go-to-market for Retention as a Service and AI Modernization
About the role
Trantor is a technology services firm that delivers cloud, data and AI, automation and product engineering services, including dedicated Centers of Excellence, for enterprises and technology companies in fintech, martech, e-commerce and other industries. Most of our growth so far has come from referrals and long-term client relationships. Now we want to build a growth engine, and we want to build it AI-first.
We're hiring a Growth Manager who knows how technical buyers evaluate services partners, and who can turn that knowledge into campaigns that create pipeline.
The engine you build will also become a working proof of the AI and automation services we sell to clients.
What you'll do
Priorities, in order: net new logos, account-based marketing in key accounts, events, and social media. You own the plan and the results for each, and you use AI-assisted workflows to run them at a scale that would normally need several hires.
Go-to-market for lead offerings
- Own GTM for Trantor's two year-one lead offerings: Retention as a Service (using AI agents and people to spot clients' customers at risk of leaving and protect renewals) and AI Modernization (upgrading clients' older software and systems so they can put AI to work).
- Work with practice leaders to define target verticals, buyer personas, positioning and messaging for CIO, CTO and VP Engineering buyers.
- Use other offerings, such as Agentic Workflows and our GenAI Center of Excellence, to expand accounts once the lead offerings have landed.
Net new logos
- Build and prioritize target account lists using firmographic, technographic and intent signals.
- Run personalized outbound across email and LinkedIn, with human review on high-value accounts.
- Qualify responses and hand them to Client Partners with an account brief already prepared.
ABM in key accounts
- Partner with Client Partners to grow Trantor's influence in key accounts.
- Keep account intelligence current: org changes, initiatives, news and buying signals.
- Produce tailored content and executive outreach for each account, approved by the Client Partner.
Events
- Plan Trantor's event calendar: industry conferences, partner events, and Trantor-hosted roundtables and webinars for technology leaders.
- Run pre-event targeting, invites, attendee research and fast post-event follow-up.
Social media
- Run LinkedIn and other channels: posts for executives and practice leaders, offering campaigns and repurposed case studies, with human editing for voice and accuracy.
Running the AI-first GTM stack
- Choose and connect AI, automation, data enrichment and marketing tools with the CRM, using a dedicated tool budget.
- Set guardrails for brand voice, factual accuracy, data privacy, email deliverability and consent rules (GDPR, CAN-SPAM and others that apply).
- Measure every campaign and workflow on pipeline, conversion, cost per opportunity and error rate, and stop what doesn't work.
Supporting deals and reporting
- Support major pursuits with Client Partners: messaging, proposal content, references and competitive positioning.
- Own attribution, CRM hygiene and monthly pipeline reporting to leadership.
What success looks like
By 90 days
- GTM plans approved for Retention as a Service and AI Modernization.
- GTM stack chosen and connected to the CRM.
- Account research and personalized outbound live for target accounts.
- ABM account plans agreed with Client Partners.
- Baseline metrics recorded.
By 6 months
- Marketing-sourced qualified pipeline building toward the target (agreed in the first 30 days).
- Event follow-up and social content running.
- Coverage of target and key accounts at a scale that would otherwise need more hires (number of accounts agreed in the first 30 days).
By 12 months
- Targets met for marketing-sourced pipeline, net new logos sourced or influenced, conversion to opportunities, and lower cost per opportunity than baseline (all agreed in the first 30 days).
- New‑logo bookings shared as a target with Client Partners.
What you bring
Must have
- 5–8 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth or ABM at an IT services, consulting or enterprise software company.
- Direct experience marketing to CIO, CTO and VP Engineering buyers at US enterprise or mid‑market companies. You can name the buyer titles you targeted and the pipeline your campaigns produced, in dollars.
- Experience running account-based marketing alongside sales or Client Partner teams.
- You've built at least one AI‑assisted marketing workflow yourself, such as account research, outbound, content or event follow‑up, and can walk us through what it produced.
- Hands‑on with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and comfortable connecting it to automation or AI tools.
- Good judgment on when AI‑written content needs a human check, especially for senior technical buyers.
- Data‑driven: you set up attribution and stop what doesn’t work.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier or LLM APIs.
- Experience marketing AI, data or application modernization services.
- Event marketing and LinkedIn thought‑leadership programs.
- Co‑marketing with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
This role is not for you if
- You haven't marketed to CIO, CTO or VP Engineering buyers.
- Your background is software engineering, data science or revenue operations, and you haven't owned campaigns or pipeline yourself.
- Your marketing experience is mainly B2C, creator, media or consumer-focused.
- Your AI experience is limited to using chat assistants for copywriting.
- You're used to being measured on MQLs or impressions rather than pipeline and revenue.
- You prefer managing a large team to running programs yourself.
Compensation
Base salary plus a variable bonus tied to marketing-sourced pipeline and new‑logo bookings. Total target pay is split 75% base and 25% variable bonus.
You’ll also have a dedicated budget for AI and GTM tools, yours to spend on what you think will work, and medical benefits.
