Job summary

Dakota Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound pipeline for a B2B SaaS environment. This fully remote role is open to candidates in NY, CT, FL, IL, KS, MI, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, TX, OR, CA, LA, WA, WY.

You will operate an AI-driven outbound system, verify drafts, and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives, with potential to grow into GTM engineering as you progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields or Sales certificate preferred.
• 1–2+ years in a B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales role with cold-calling experience.
• Comfort with automation and AI tools daily, beyond basic CRM usage.
• Strong written communication: ability to edit AI-drafted emails with specificity.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline and book discovery meetings for Account Executives (target 8+ meetings/month).
• Review and edit AI-generated drafts and outreach sequences based on context.
• Operate and improve the SDR Autopilot system and Zapier workflows.
• Monitor data quality in CRM and pipeline reporting; flag issues to GTM leadership.
