Job summary

Dakota Software is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the outbound pipeline for a B2B SaaS environment. This is a fully remote role open to candidates in NY, CT, FL, IL, KS, MI, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, TX, OR, CA, LA, WA, WY, and beyond.

The AI-driven outbound system handles research, drafting, lead scoring, and CRM updates while you apply judgment and execution. You will optimize sequences, book discovery meetings for Account Executives, monitor system performance, and grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields; Sales Certificate acceptable.
• 1–2 years in B2B SDR/BDR with cold-calling & meeting-booking.
• Comfort using automation/AI tools and data flowing between systems.
• Strong written communication; ability to edit AI-drafted emails with specificity.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated drafts and approve/edit for prospects.
• Cold call high-priority prospects flagged by the system.
• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives (8+ per month).
• Manage Apollo sequences and adjust messaging.
• Triage inbound intent signals and outreach accordingly.
• Monitor system performance and data quality in Attio.
