Job summary

Dakota Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the outbound pipeline for a B2B SaaS product. The role is fully remote and accepts candidates in NY, CT, FL, IL, KS, MI, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, TX, OR, CA, LA, WA, WY.

You will work with an AI-driven outbound system to draft, research, score leads, and update CRM. You will progress toward GTM engineering with opportunities to learn Zapier, API integrations, and data analytics as you grow, while targeting 8+ qualified

Qualifications

• Entry-level to 1–2+ years in a B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales role.
• Experience with CRM software management is preferred.
• Written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated email drafts and call tracks; approve or edit as needed.
• Cold call high-priority prospects identified by the system to book discovery meetings
• Manage and monitor sequences, adjust targeting and timing based on engagement
• Triage inbound signals to identify immediate outreach opportunities
• Operate and improve automated outbound workflows and data quality
• Support GTM engineering by building dashboards and reporting pipelines
