phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, is seeking a Territory Director to scale our business in the Northeast US. You will own strategic partner relationships, source new customers, and manage overall account success across buying teams.

You have 5–15 years in consulting sales or related roles, a proven track record closing $250K+ deals, and the ability to navigate complex organizations. This role offers ownership, collaboration, and high-growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services or consulting.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close multi-hundred thousand dollar deals.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets across practice areas.
• Co-Sell with ecosystem partners to win enterprise engagements.
• Drive lead generation and build strategic customer relationships in your region.
• Forecast, manage deals, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
