Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, is seeking a Territory Director to scale our business across the Northeast and broader U.S. Your charter is building strategic partner relationships, sourcing new customers, and managing end-to-end territory performance.

You will lead multi-practice selling across Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML and Analytics, working with partners like Snowflake, AWS and Anthropic. Expect a high-growth environment with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML and Analytics.
• Co-Sell with ecosystem partners to sell data and AI services.
• Drive lead generation activities to grow market share in your region.
• Partner with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Take accountability for phData brand in your territory and accounts.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to identify stakeholders and budget owners.
• Accurately forecast, update deals, and manage the sales pipeline.
